What is NOOVAT?
NOOVAT is instant tax free. Shop at a participating store and receive your eligible tax free on the card you paid with.
How do I get my refund before I leave?
Confirm in the app and receive your tax free on your eligible card while you’re still in store. A temporary card hold covers the refund amount plus a penalty until export validation.
Do I still need customs validation?
Yes. Customs validation when you leave the EU is required to complete the process, even if you have already received your tax free.
Where can I use NOOVAT?
Our launch in Spain is planned for Q2 2027, with more destinations to follow. Availability will depend on your tax free eligibility, your card and the participating store.
